As the Apprenticeship Progam Manager for the Philadelphia region at Aon, I oversee the design and execution of our apprenticeship program. My responsibilities include developing and implementing orientation sessions, crafting individualized growth plans, and managing the recruitment process. I provide ongoing mentorship and career coaching to apprentices, focusing on enhancing their skills and ensuring they are well-prepared for their careers. My role is crucial in refining the apprenticeship experience and strengthening our collaboration with Aon.

Tech Elevator is an intensive in-person and online education provider helping individuals and companies acquire in-demand technology skills for the modern workforce. Through our part-time and full-time coding bootcamps, we teach students from diverse backgrounds to become software developers while helping them build necessary career readiness skills and career connections through our Pathway Program™️ to land a meaningful job.Founded in 2015, with a focus on quality and care in everything we do, we’re proud of our outcomes. JEVS Care at Home is a registered 501(c)(3), not-for-profit organization providing non-medical home care, respite, companionship and community integration support services to disabled and aging clients, ages 18+, residing in Philadelphia, Delaware, Montgomery, Chester, Bucks and Allegheny Counties in Pennsylvania. A large portion of the people we serve is part of a Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) Medicaid Waiver Program. These waiver programs are available throughout Pennsylvania and provide long-term care services to qualified individuals who wish to remain in their home and/or community rather than enter an institution, such as a nursing home or intermediate care facility. JEVS Care at Home also provides services to individuals through Long Term Care Insurance, private pay, and other funding arrangements.
