I come with more than 13+ years of experience in strategic leadership and management. I have many years of experience in sales, marketing, education, and training. I currently am tasked with the role of School Resources Officer for the Oxnard Police Department. I chose this route as I am a big proponent of community policing and dedicating our time and energy into our youth, as they are the future of our societies. I have been inspired by many people throughout my professional journey. Learning from all those that came before me has allowed me to grow personally and professionally. I have taken bits and pieces of knowledge passed down and will do so for the next generation.As I continue on my journey in Law Enforcement I do so with a great level of integrity and high morals. I am tasked with protecting the community through interaction and service!
