As Director of Creative, I manage the Design team at Sundog, working to deliver the most creative, on-target messaging to our client's customers. I have design experience working with clients in financial services, manufacturing, healthcare, and agribusiness. As Director of Resources, I work with Project Managers to develop project resource plans and conduct daily priority meetings to insure all resources are busy and projects are completed on deadline. I also help determine staffing needs based on available and projected work.
