I was brought in to develop the testing approach for an application modernization project. I was able to define a manageable approach for testing the application developed using an agile methodology. My duties included the setup and customization of Version One. I also developed load performance test cases using Load Runner as well and provided a proof of concept to ensure the application's compatibility with Unified Functional Test (UFT).

I was added to the team to help support and eventually take over the BA role on this project, as well as develop and push for best practices for the QA team. The key focus has been to develop the process by which we can use TFS track defects and allow for better traceability to defects.

Developed the testing strategy and approach for large scale implementation of a HeathRules a healthcare payor system, using a agile methodology. Managed and trained 30+ resources to support 8 of the Agile teams.

Rochester, New York Area

Managed the team tasked with developing the OPEN 2 Test framework to support automated testing of the FACETS application using Rational tools

Greater Chicago Area

Helped the struggling QAT team by redefining the testing process, selecting, implementing and training resources in QAT management and automation tools, developed reporting tools and methods.

Virginia Beach Va

Developed Testing process and procedure for FACETS upgrade. This included the customization of HP Quality Center and training of the QAT department in the testing best practices.

Developed a process to improve handoff between the development team and QAT team, Setup and trained the QAT team in the use of HP Quality Center. Managed a QAT team of 15 onsite and 30+ offshore team for this project.Also managed the managed the testing of 250+ application for compatibility testing with OS windows XP
