My Adecco Journey started in the Graduate program where I had my first three months of experience at the Derrimut branch. This branch recruits a high volume for blue-collar industries. My experience then led me to the Adecco office in Melbourne CBD - Freshwater place. This office recruits more for the white-collar industry. I have been lucky enough to work across multiple teams gaining a variety of experiences including; government, accounting, and finance and high-volume customer service and events roles. I have been lucky enough to be a part of four company projects; the Qantas transition where Adecco transitioned around 200 employees in a few short weeks. I also aided in the screening and hiring of new Qantas employees. The second project was facilitating CUB's recruitment for their Graduate Management Program. In my time working alongside CUB I developed client relationships, learned a new HRMS (Human Resource Management System), and increased my attention to detail by working on schedules and creating candidate profiles. The last projects I worked on was for the Melbourne Show and the Australian Open in the event space. I have aided in the bulk recruitment of customer service roles, ensuring all compliance requirements were met. My further achievements in my Adecco journey; I was part of a marketing competition where we had to create a hashtag for the benefits at Adecco, I won this competition with my entry #WorkHardPerkHard.I have also been the leading member with my fellow Graduates in the Win4Youth charity. My last notable achievement is gaining multiple systems knowledge.I have HRMS experience in PeopleSoft and Taleo, as well as basic experience in SalesForce a CRMS (Client Relationship Management System)

Gaining experience in a new field and getting to know a new business while continuing to improve my customer service skills. This position helped me develop my resilience, to keep learning and building up my strength to be able to meet strict KPI's in running stock.

As a long term employee at red rooster, I was a Senior Assistant Manager who was skilled in both cashier and kitchen hand duties as well as experience in training staff. I constantly strive to work my hardest in any position. I also undertook a certificate four in management through red rooster. Throughout my time at Red Rooster I used the knowledge that I was learning in my Commerce degree in all aspect of my job.

In this family owned position I had learned to work hard and to never leave a job half done. Developed an attention for detail and take pride in my hard work.
