As a global business graduate major in finance, I have always been fascinated by the intersection of business and culture. Throughout my studies, I had the opportunity to work with people from different nationalities and backgrounds, which allowed me to develop a unique perspective on business practices and challenges.Currently, I am working in the apparel industry at Matsuoka Corporation in Japan, where I am responsible for taking on a capacity workload and utilizing my multitasking skills across two different departments - Production and Business Management.In the production department, I oversee the coordination of various tasks such as sourcing materials, monitoring the production process, and ensuring that deadlines are met. On the other hand, in the business management department, I utilize my financial acumen to analyze data, create financial reports, and make recommendations to senior management.My experience in this dynamic role has allowed me to develop a wide range of skills, from project management and financial analysis to team leadership and cross-functional collaboration. It has also given me a unique perspective on the challenges faced by businesses operating in a global marketplace.
