1. Prepare and submit and budget proposals (Capital Expenditure, Expenses, Manpower) to factory management for the forth-coming year with a view to ensuring adequate resources and capacity for the next year to meet production budget.2. Prepare and execute Monthly/daily production plan of Power Bond SR to support sales and produce Resin to support solvent based production unit, production capacity, and raw material availability with a view to meet sales indent. 3. Check completion of daily production recording data in SAP (COR1, MIGO, COR6N, COR2, MB5B)4. Analyze and report important job-efficiency parameters such as Productivity, Processing Cost, Batch Variance, Right First Time, etc to higher management on daily and periodic basis.5. Train departmental work force and coordinate with Maintenance Department with a view to minimize maintenance hours and costs through appropriate preventive and breakdown maintenance.6. Prepare proper preventive maintenance plan for each machinery considering unhampered production activities.7. Check TDS, DO, BOD and COD at different points of Effluent Treatment Plant and take necessary action to maintain all parameters of effluent within the desired (DOE) limit. 8. Operate incinerator and ETP.9. Ensure implementation of budgeted Capital Expenditures as per schedule provided by Production Manager by coordinating with Maintenance, Supply Chain Department and Vendors and maintain liaison with them.10. Check & ensure operation in compliance with ISO 9001 - 2008 standards.
