I currently lead the business development and marketing functions at the Malaysian law firm - HHQ, a member firm of Andersen Global. As BD Director, I co-develop and implement business strategies with our firm’s partners and senior management. With experience in running a creative and branding agency, I'm currently driving the firm's rebranding exercise, with a focus on positioning the brand as the best-in-class firm in providing legal services in the Real Estate, Tax, Technology, Corporate & Commercial, and Dispute Resolution practice. Together with our department heads, we are managing and executing change management initiatives.
