When I was little, my mom told me that I had blown up my grandma's Mac when I was 4 by button mashing. Since I could remember computers and electronics have played a vital role in my life. I guess you could say that I've always been an enthusiastic quick learner when it came to computers. Even though my job title changes from Office Administrator to Safety Officer/Coordinator the fact that I worked in an office with computers and office equipment did not. Safety positions involve computer work and working alongside Administrators and Managers on a daily.My first professional career was after I graduated from the College of the Rockies Office Administration / Bookkeeping Specially Program in 2013. I became an Office Administrator and Bookkeeper for a company in the real estate industry. I greatly enjoyed working for them but unfortunately, my position was terminated when the company joined forces with another company. Since then I don't remember a date when I haven't used some sort of stationary equipment or worked with some sort of computer program. I am familiar with printers, scanners, shredders, modems, towers, security cameras, and of course last but not least the almighty computer. Some of the programs I am strong in are Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Access, Outlook, Sage 50, QuickBooks, Safety Admin, Zoom, and all other company-specific programs. I've had to teach myself all sorts of computer programs over the years with little or no training at all. This sounds bad but has served me well as it has taught me to think outside the box and troubleshoot, problem-solve, and too humble myself, and ask for help. These are just a few of my soft skills others are; communication, working calmly under pressure, de-exalting situations, spotting potential safety hazards, very approachable, reliable, respectable, and responsible. What I can bring to your company would be all the above with years of experience working in an office environment. I am professional both in personality as well as attire. I don't think there is a program that I couldn't figure out or a stationary machine I couldn't run.
