With over twenty years of experience in the hospitality industry, I am a passionate and dedicated leader who strives to deliver exceptional customer service and operational excellence. As the Assistant General Manager at Point Sebago Resort, I oversee the daily operations of the resort, including guest relations, food and beverage, events, retail, and maintenance. I work with a diverse and talented team of staff and managers to ensure the highest standards of quality, safety, and satisfaction for our guests and stakeholders. Previously, I was the Director of Events and Food Operations at Saint Joseph's College, where I managed the planning, execution, and evaluation of various events, catering, and retail services for the campus community. I have developed and honed my skills in hospitality, customer satisfaction, operations management, budgeting, marketing, and leadership through these roles.
