Shay Even is the CSO, Head of Marketing Strategy department at Ben Horin & Alexandrovitz As part of his role, he is entrusted with formulating strategic processes with all of the company's clients, creating marketing and communication integrated campaigns, and collaborations between the company clients. As part of his responsibilities in the company, Mr. Even has been appointed responsible for international cooperation in the framework of leading the creation of the bridge between Israel and the United Arab Emirates and the Gulf states. Mr. Even holds a bachelor's degree with honors in marketing communications and a master's degree in business administration with a specialization in marketing from the IDC Herzliya. Mr. Even currently serves as a lecturer at this university, in the fields of political marketing and public relations. Over the years, Mr. Even has specialized in public and political campaigns, marketing strategy, and leading complex moves for clients from the business and public sector. Mr. Even also previously served as a member of the Ra'anana City Council, and as the founding chairman of the B-Free Israel Association.
