Over my three years in this role, I successfully trained and supervised employees while also expanding the store’s social media presence, boosting weekly ad reach by 14%.Prior to my work in the grocery industry, I was a Commercial Relationship Manager at Riverview Bank, where I generated $3.3MM in new business and managed a loan portfolio valued at $18MM. I also played a key role in training fellow relationship managers on a new loan origination platform.With a background in banking, security, and law, and a BS in Management from the United States Military Academy at West Point, I have built a career centered on operational excellence, attention to detail, and leading teams to success.
