Work with clients across the country to devise innovative recruiting plans to find top talent for their organizations. We use a wide variety of traditional and nontraditional search tools to uncover the perfect fit – even when that perfect fit is not currently looking for opportunities. I am a results-oriented Recruiter with proven success in managing full life-cycle and partial/on-demand recruiting for clients. • Support HR Director in all HR duties• Responsible for all Benefits Administration, including monthly meetings• Prescreen all potential new hires and set up interviews• Assist with Orientation every Tuesday for new hires• New hire paperwork and data entry of new hire information into Paycom system• Conduct 5 day new hire check in & exit reviews• Employee Relations• Running daily turnover, attendance and other HR reports• Support with corrective action write ups• Support with employee 30, 90 & annual reviews• Support our Accounting department & payroll• In charge of HR monthly budget• Create monthly company meeting power point• Plan monthly incentives and fun activities for employees• Part of company Culture Club that plans company events

• Consult with Sales Management providing HR guidance when appropriate. • Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies.• Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. • Maintain all recruiting efforts and hiring for the clients/programs I am in charge of• Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention. • Participate in evaluation and monitoring of success of training programs. Follow-up to ensure training objectives are met. • Participate in the Culture Team – help plan events, organize Open Houses and volunteer for onsite and off-site events Infinity Contact is involved in.

• Coordinates staffing process from hiring requests throughout the day, including sourcing, interviews and offers• Coordinates advertising, job fairs and other special sourcing activities• Receives and screens applicants; conducts background and reference checks• Maintains applicant tracking records and prepares HR reports• Provides general support as needed to other HR functions

Recruiters seek out, interview, and test applicants to locate qualified employees for job openings. As a recruiter I am responsible for assisting clients in finding good candidates for their job opportunities. In this position I work with two clients: the employer who hires our agency to find a good candidate and the candidate who is depending on us to find them a good job opportunity.
