I provide virtual psychotherapy services. I specialize in working with adolescents and adults who experience anxiety, depression, stress, and trauma disorders. I also work with military, Veterans, and First Responders. I offer an integrative approach implementing EMDR, CBT, DBT, Mindfulness, and other evidence-based modalities.

Serving as an Intelligence Support Element (ISE)Team Leader.

- Provide case management services to children in foster care;- Maintain effective contact with attorneys, therapists, CASA workers, and/or other providers;- Maintain current and accurate client records, case files, record notes, and medical records;- Comply with the reporting guidelines established by the organization, Department of Family and Children Services (DFCS), and the court, while submitting all required reports in a timely manner;- Provide services that empower clients and adhere to the organization’s standards of ethical practice;- Coordinate and facilitate the completion of the treatment plan, and maintain contact with all providers to include attending child and family team meetings;- Meet with foster parents at least monthly to assist with and ensure the appropriate care is given to foster children;- Investigate child abuse and neglect in accordance with program expectations and guidelines;- Recommend whether the parental rights should be terminated in a timely manner that ensure the safety of the child;- Assess the safety and appropriateness of the placement on an ongoing basis using child welfare principles and social work best practices;- Coordinate community resources and refer foster families for support, as needed.

-Produce multi-source intelligence reports and products derived from intelligence data collection, analysis, evaluation, and interpretation. -Implement policies and procedures required to manage sensitive compartmented information in order to maintain protection and security by ensuring only personnel with appropriate eligibility and need-to-know obtain information.-Maintain knowledge and continued research of physical, informational, and personnel security.-Competent with intelligence program policies and procedures to protect sensitive information, facilities, and materials from espionage, sabotage, and destruction.-Involvement in logistical planning and writing formal detailed Orders.

- Experienced in executing personnel, information, and physical security programs by applying policies and procedures necessary to accomplish daily tasks and training.- Managed information and material deemed crucial to the United States Military and National Security.- Conducted an Independent study of approved DOD training in spare time to maximize effectiveness and knowledge.- Technical specialist in maintaining working databases comprised of Personnel Security documentation, security violations, and information security matters.- Maintained the WI Army National Guard Foreign Travel Reporting Program by researching, analyzing, and translating foreign threats to provide Soldiers with the most current foreign travel brief.- Applied differing security concepts to improve the J2’s capabilities and efficiency.

- Providing therapy to young children of all ages with autism using applied behavioral analysis- Conducting in-home care teaching skills such as cued object imitations, habit training, sign language, structured play, and social interactions

- Facilitated the inclusion and care of adolescents who have developmental disabilities.- Created a positive environment which fostered the growth of social and physical skills.- Modeled appropriate interactions to my client’s peers, community members and building community partners to enhance the opportunities available for the children and teens served.-Offered relief to family members or caregivers and allowed them the freedom to work, go to school, or just take a break, knowing that their family member with a disability was being cared for and safe.
