Product ownership of AMBA and Ethernet VIP (Verification IP) product lines. Successfully led a 6 months project of redefining the AMBA VIP product including excessive market research, redesign of product architecture and product offering resulting 30% increase in market value.  Led 30 engineers in cross functional team, coordinated with project team members to help ensure meeting established project goals and milestones. Facilitated project team meetings and communications. Delivered market and competitive analyses, drove the product strategy and direction to meet business goals. Defined product functionality, priorities, and key enhancements. Worked closely with sales to understand customer needs and identify strategic engagements for new technology.

Product ownership of Fabric Element chip and direct POC for leading customers. Marketing responsibility from concept approval to production - product definition, roadmap, R&D prioritization. Account owner of leading customers in China, Japan, India, and Europe – generating $100M in revenue. Customer involvement at each stage of the engagement - from design win proposals for new designs to managing and forecasts prediction of existing designs Worked closely with cross functional team to drive project goals and milestones including project plan and project documentation. The position required deep knowledge of the market and competition together with strong communication and presentations skills.

 Led and assisted leading customers in developing their systems (highly scalable switch fabricsolutions) from early stage of evaluation, through system architecture, design, bring up, integration all the way to production. Worked with major north America customers (Cisco, Google, Arista, Brocade, Tellabs, Ciena – up to $50M revenues per account) The position required strong communication skills and deep understanding of the Software delivery.

 Designed and developed verification environments using System Verilog (object-oriented). The position required good teamwork and the ability to deliver results under time schedule.
