As Franchise Manager of Bartercard Sydney Central, I am responsible for the training, management and growth of our expanding team. Priding ourselves on our dedication to exceptional customer services, our branch was awarded Winner of Franchise of the Year – large division 2016.Along with our drive to helping businesses grow, we also have a strong community focus. As major sponsor for Endure for a Cure, we are proud to be the largest generator of donations for this important cycling event to support the Children’s Cancer Institute.

Entering a partnership in 2008 to buy an existing Bartercard Franchise, I used my skills to bring continuing success to this branch. Here, I guided the team to accountability of their roles, growth of our branch and growing our customer base. My energetic and encouraging style saw our team members improve attrition rates through our clients’ growth with Bartercard.

My experience in trade management brought me to my role as Brokerage Manager for Bartercard in 2006. In this role, I was focused on training and management of the Trading Manager, Sales Manager and their teams. Our division was responsible for helping businesses use their Bartercard account to connect with new customers, trade with other Bartercard businesses and, ultimately, conserve their cashflow when purchasing stock and supplies for their business.
