Welcome to my website. I am Shaya - Joshua - Goldmeier. Having spent 30+ years in a family business setting selling paint to Retail, Commercial, and Industrial customers, I have taken that experience and multi-tasking ability to new areas. I have maintained a steady Real Estate business where I help people with their property needs. I approach my business with a very direct and honest attitude, making sure my clients hear the truth and the facts and we get the job done in a quick and efficient manner. I take pride, and my clients appreciate, my not taking on over priced listings just to keep my name in your yard on a sign. I also work in Healthcare as both a Critical Care Paramedic for a private ambulance company and a Paramedic Coordinator for Hatzalah Chicago. HC is an Emergency Response EMS (911) within certain geographic boundaries providing emergency ems to all callers within those boundaries. As coordinator, my role is to work with the other coordinators and set/enforce policy, QA/QI, education, manage dispatch and service, and deal with over 50 responder and dispatch volunteers on a daily basis. We run on average about 1300 medical calls per year. Paint is the last project people consider when doing a remodeling job. Most people know very little about paint and quality and don't understand how paint can make a mediocre job look better or a great project look poor. Not color consulting, but the overall project. What paint goes where based on quality, need, and budget.
