Shayan Hanjani is a Creative Lead at SH Media at SH MEDIA. Colleagues describe him as "I've had the opportunity and privilege to work with Shayan for over 2 years as the President of the Information Technology Management Students' Association (ITMSA). The ITMSA is a not-for-profit student run organization that serves the largest Business Technology Management program in the country. The accomplishments and successes of the team, including winning the best course union award, were a direct result of Shayan's invaluable contributions. Shayan truly embodies the principles of leading without a title. Regardless of who's watching or the constraints and challenges he faced for any projects he led or tasks he was assigned, he completed them with extremely quick turn around times and with pristine quality. Whenever Shayan handed me something I could trust him to the extent that I could accept his deliverables with my eyes closed, never having to review his work. Shayan is someone who truly focused on the name in front of the jersey, more than the name on the back his jersey. He put the teams needs before his own. He was never afraid to raise his hand to help me personally, or help the team, even without the details. He was someone that just genuinely wanted to help. Shayan was an empowered student leader focused on developing himself and those around him to the best versions of themselves, including me.
