Started my job as a part time agent at the company while i was studying to enhance my knowledge about the industry. I had responsibilities such as: training in the tourism field, bookings and visa processing and customer follow-up.Once I graduated, i was promoted to the assistant manager position and my main role was the following: handling of clients’ accounts, following up with daily tasks, customer service and company PR tasks.
