I perceive the world through the lens of sensors such as depth cameras and Lidar sensors. My extensive academic background, including a PhD and post-doc research, focused on scene understanding and 3D reconstruction utilizing Lidar data and RGBD. I am adept at developing intelligent algorithms for object detection and semantic segmentation, leveraging MLS and SLAM-based data for indoor and outdoor environments. Equipped with programming skills in C++ and Python, I specialize in 3D reconstruction from point clouds. In my previous roles at AI-InfraSolutions, I co-led the extraction of road asset inventories, encompassing traffic signs, light poles, and road surfaces, by leveraging data fusion techniques with Lidar and images. At ScanPlan BV, we are currently pushing the boundaries of digital twins by developing cutting-edge products for scan-to-bim applications.Before embarking on my doctoral journey, I pursued studies and gained professional experience in Geoinformatics in Germany and Iran.
