•Facilitate and support 15-series of prenatal and postpartum groups including, but not limited to; mental wellness, nutrition, substance usage, Doula support, and social empowerment group•Weekly calls to assess mental, physical, and behavioral health status and needs as well as wellness indicators such as nutrition, childcare, transportation, housing conditions, employment, and family relationships. May provide financial counseling and support to clients in managing finances

Essential Job Functions Recruitment & Community Outreach• Create, implement, and execute strategies that improve our presence in the community and success in recruiting volunteers, with a specific focus on promoting diversity.• Build strategic partnerships with community leaders and influencers and nurture those relationships.• Develop and maintain relationships with local news and event sources to highlight CASA recruitment activities throughout the county.• Serves as the primary point of contact for volunteer applicants and undertakes all day to day functions of volunteer recruitment.• Ensure maintenance of applicant information within CASA volunteer database.• Track and report on VR&O activities and progress.• Continue to include the use of technology in CASA volunteer application process to promote efficiency and quality improvement.• Create outreach and recruitment presentations and collateral in line with the CASA brand.• Collaborate with other departments in formulating and implementing recruitment activities.• Other duties as assigned.Marketing• Promote CASA brand through multiple channels and platforms.• Connect agencies, organizations and the general public to CASA programs and information.• Build connections with area newspapers and radio and television stations to solicit and facilitate media coverage of CASA work.• Create and execute a social media strategy including social media content and manage communication on social media sites.

Provide disaster case management services to individuals and families impacted by disasters, who have been identified as having long-term recovery needs. Case manger will be responsible for completing needs assessments, developing case plans and making appropriate referrals for additional or ongoing services.

•Planning, developing and implementing a tracking and quality assurance program for daycare services in CPS.•Provides consultative services and technical assistance to CPS workers and supervisors.•Conducts surveys, inspections, or reviews to determine compliance with regulations, policies and procedures.•Communicate with local childcare facilities and Workforce Solutions.•Attends related CPS meetings, case staffing's and court hearings. •Liaison between DFPS and Community Resources

•Receive cases referred from Conservatorship to Kinship Unit.•Review contracted home studies and conduct home study addendums when required. •Refer kinship families to supportive services which could include; training, family counseling, support groups and Fostering Connections.•Assist families in obtaining financial and daycare assistance offered by CPS to help stabilize placements.•Assures that kinship caregivers are provided the opportunity to participate in the development of child plans that address child safety, permanency, and well-being issues.•Attends related CPS meetings, case staffing's and court hearings. •Travel 80% in town and as needed for out of town travel.

•Prepare Family Plans of Service and Child's Plan. (Sexual Abuse Unit)•Place children with parents, kinship placement or foster care.•Monitor children on a monthly basis and more if needed.•Monitor parent's progress on a monthly basis.•Travel 90% in town and as needed for out of town travel.

•Receive cases referred to Family Intervention Court Unit (Drug Court).•Appear in court every Thursday to staff client's progress.•Prepare Family Plans of Service and Child's Plan.•Place children with parents, kinship placement or foster care.•Monitor children on a monthly basis and more if needed.•Monitor parent's progress in the drug treatment facilities.•Travel 90% in town and as needed for out of town travel.
