Manage a staff of 10-20 employees, keep food safety conditions met, scored a 100% through health department, handle cash, deposit large amounts of money, order food for the week through PFG, weekly and daily inventory, payroll, corrective action, installation of credit card machines throughout all our subway locations, diagnose and repair POS systems and DTT security systems, remote access cameras from home to monitor employee theft. I was never marked out of compliance. Handled all the hiring, interviews, termination. Worked in hand with the assitant manager to insure the store was running smoothly.
