• Responsible for the entire process of Engineering, NPI, Sub-Contractors, Manufacturing, R&D Operations, Logistics and transition from R&D to production.• Owner & gate keeper of the entire NPI process (Waypoint), from MRD stage, thru electronic/mechanical/ATE/integration implementation.• Making sure that all DR's will occur, up to release of product (PRR), while assisting R&D in all aspects of DFx methodology (PCB, Production Tools, Testers, Electronic and Mechanical design).• Producing & maintaining all product BOM's, and documentation in the engineering system as an outcome of new products, improvements or failure corrective actions.• Writing, receiving & maintaining all documentation of the product production files (assembly, test, integration, packing, labels, manuals).• Coordinating and corresponding between the manufacturing plant and the R&D department, receive, transfer and implement feedback from/to both sides.• Monitor the performance of sub-contractors and together improve the manufacturing process as needed.• Manage R&D work/production orders. Open, support, define, attend and supply full productionreports before and after production batches.• Supply together with the quality department, a failure analysis report activity (solve andimplement), if needed, during NPI phase and thru products life cycle.• Define and receive (together with R&D) all needed info of new/substitute components, based on the component engineer and/or manufacturing definitions (NCN process).• Manage cost reduction activities during NPI phase and thru products life cycle.• Support logistics and purchasing departments, with all needed info for supporting R&D demands/needs during all development stages (forecast, schedule, quotes, etc.).

- Member of management team.- Define and manage all NPI processes for new customers/projects.- In charge of all quotes that are supplied to new potential customers/products, thatdeal with NPI processes. This includes referring to the BOM, MOPQ, LT, LLI, manufacturing technologies / processes, and logistics that can affect production up until mass production stage.- NPI Operations manager. Plan and execute all NPI operations development activities and ensure transition to production within cost, material availability, quality, ramp readiness and capacity parameters.- Manager of all military projects, as well as new customers and/or projects.- Set and define manufacturing technologies that will inshore high quality products.- In charge of coordinating between all relevant departments that deal with new customers and/or projects that will pass NPI process. This includes Engineering, Quality, Production, Purchasing, Logistics, Sales, and Planning Control.- Making sure that customers will receive a full test reports from first production (first article), including recommendation for improvements.
