My journey with #SpaceX these past 5 1/2 years has been marked by numerous trials, new learning opportunities, countless hours of sleep lost, many close relationships built, a non-zero number of tears shed, and all of my limits challenged. I have been privileged to foster Falcon’s development starting with our very first anomaly recovery, continuing through Starman's launch in his Roadster on Falcon Heavy, then I was trusted to take the helm for all of Dragon as the Dragon Cargo (D1) program was being sunsetted to clear the way for Dragon Crew and Cargo (D2). I helped build, bled on, and became a nervous wreck over the vehicle that carried Bob and Doug safely to the ISS and back home for #DM2, playing my part in assuring the success of SpaceX’s first human spaceflight. I helped with the integration of the first #Starlink launch and witnessed many subsequent, rapid re-use launches, each satellite sporting hardware more impressive than the last. I was on the beach on-base at #CapeCanaveral for the first #Crew1 launch, watching as a vehicle I had invested countless hours into restored America's ability to launch our astronauts from US soil on the most advanced spacecraft yet designed. I have been privileged to be a part of my #SpaceX family's monumental accomplishments throughout the last 5 1/2 years, and I cannot stress enough how absolutely proud I am to have worked with the many talented people that were my peers, my direct reports, and those that I personally hired and led; it has been a wild ride that has helped to define me and challenge what I previously believed to be my limits. After spending some time de-compressing, traveling, and deciding where to aim from here.. it’s time to seek the next challenge!
