I am an Israeli lawyer based in Singapore. I have extensive experience in cross-border commercial and technology-focused transactions, M&A deals, joint ventures and in advising on intellectual property matters. In addition, I have a unique expertise in food technology related matters. In the course of my career, I have been involved in many of the M&A transactions taking place in Israel and have advised both Fortune 500 companies, investors and start-ups. In recent years, I devoted a large portion of my time promoting business relations between Israel and Southeast Asia, in particular Singapore. My responsibilities involved assisting leading companies in Southeast Asia to identify target companies in Israel and facilitating their commercial and investments interests. I also assisted numerous Israeli companies to start and expand their operations in Singapore and the region. Recently, I was part of the professional team in the first Initial Public Offering of an Israeli technology company on the Singapore Stock Exchange in over a decade.
