Action oriented and organized with leadership experience. Worked in disabilities field for over 25 years in various roles including management. Currently, working as Talent Department Program Manager and have created/facilitate a 9 week New Supervisors training in our Non-Profit-organization. These sessions include management styles, EQ and situational leadership. I also assist with training for our Montcordia program which is a caregiver program that's focus is on exceptional quality and direct care service. These trainings cover customer service and quality services. I assist with on onboarding of our new team members and am proficient in several LMS systems. I continue to lead, facilitate discussion and create our case management trainings on a regular basis.
