At Unity, we move at lightening speed and have undertaken a financial systems overhaul since I joined the company. I supported all financial processes before focusing on the end to end process for Order to Cash and Revenue with our extensive suite of SaaS products. • Defined requirements, scoped and implemented NetSuite enhancements for Procure to Pay and Order to Cash processes, such as integrating NetSuite with Bank of America, implementing Dunning for our advertising customers, maintaining journal and procurement approval workflows, invoice template and custom field maintenance, and enhancing reporting for AR and revenue recognition.• Managed the system integration for acquisitions in both NetSuite and Workday.• Managed a team of consultants from NetSuite Advanced Customer Service.• Led the Order to Cash transition from NetSuite to Workday Financials from a functional user perspective. • Designed process flows to ensure data integrity from Salesforce, Zuora, RevPro and proprietary Online Store system into Workday Financials.• Played a critical role in SOX readiness and support.
