With over two years of experience in the cannabis industry, I am a passionate and skilled inventory manager and cannabis consultant at Trade Roots. I started as a consultant, providing expert advice and guidance to customers on various cannabis products and their effects, benefits, and risks. I quickly rose to the position of team lead, overseeing the daily operations and performance of the store, ensuring compliance with regulations, and training new staff. In June 2023, I became the inventory manager, responsible for managing the stock levels, ordering, receiving, and tracking of cannabis products, as well as maintaining quality and safety standards. I have excellent organization skills, which help me to optimize the inventory system and reduce waste and loss. I also have a strong knowledge of the cannabis industry and market trends, which enable me to offer valuable insights and suggestions to the store owner and the customers. I enjoy working with a diverse and supportive team, and I am always eager to learn new things and improve my skills. My goal is to provide the best service and experience to our customers, and to contribute to the growth and success of Trade Roots.
