With expertise in recruiting and HR business partnering, our Talent team effectively manages a comprehensive suite of HR functions, including employee check-ins, performance management, performance appraisals, and offboarding, where we always with a focus on fostering positive employee relationships. Leveraging my background as an HR generalist, I've honed skills in benefits and payroll administration, as well as leave of absence administration and COVID-19 protocols, all critical in delivering an exceptional HR service.
