At Big Rock Marketing I conduct keyword research and analyze web traffic. I regularly perform audit tasks on website platforms like WordPress, Wix, and others, and have become proficient at using SemRush to conduct client website audits. Additionally, I have become very comfortable optimizing various different companies google business profiles.

At Play It Again Sports I have managed Instagram and TikTok accounts, created small social media campaigns and store events, and have connected with organizations in the community for potential partnerships through email and in person. At this job I also provide product knowledge to customers, and deal with cash and card transactions.

During the summers in between semesters and while attending school, I've spent my time working at Delta Water Products in Kamloops. My role in this job is to assist customers with basic irrigation knowledge, help troubleshoot basic irrigation problems in person and over the phone, deal with cash and card transactions, merchandise store appearance, provide product knowledge and instruction on various products, complete basic paperwork, and assist in shipping orders out.

While classes were online I worked at McSporties for the winter season. Here I merchandised store front and created eye catching displays, provided product knowledge to customers, provided ski adjustments and tune ups, and processed card and cash transactions.
