Regardless of the role, I have found that my job is based around building relationships. I’ve been a social butterfly since a young age, always in trouble in school for talking during class - a trait we teach to be a problem that I have come to see as invaluable, enabling me to develop a broad network of contacts across varying industries and creating relationships of varying levels in every situation. Nominated class clown and most outgoing in high school (a trend that still holds true today with my colleagues), it was predicted at a young age that my tenacious and vibrant personality would aid me through all future endeavors.I was brought on at the end of 2021 as the Account Support Manager for LiveU Solo. My experience with customer service in a wide array of industries combined with my personal experience as a community member + creator in the streaming community gives me a unique opportunity and approach to connecting with our LiveU Solo userbase. In addition to my role as account manager, I also hold a more unofficial title of "Community Manager", because that's what we have with Solo - a community. A personal goal of mine in my position is to not only grow that Solo community, but to bring a level of commitment and connection that other companies can only dream of. After all – the entire point of broadcasting/live streaming is creating something in which people can connect, right? So why should creating connection start with users and not begin with the companies?
