I am pursuing a PhD program at INTI International University, Malaysia with a full funded scholarship is an incredible opportunity for me. As, I graduated in BSc. in CSE and MBA major in HRM, so the synergy between Computer Science & Engineering and Human Resource Management can result in the development of innovative HR technologies, data-driven decision-making processes, and improved employee experience. By collaborating across these two fields, organizations can leverage technology to optimize their HR functions and drive their business success. And that is the ultimate research area of my Ph.D. program.My professional experience as Manager of HR & Business Development at SAMARIí, a Facebook-based e-commerce shop, has endowed me with a multifaceted portfolio of duties and accomplishments. My expertise is in sync with the demands of the role, encompassing pivotal account and operations oversight, customer service leadership, data scrutiny, strategic business analysis, resource and inventory control, HRD (including HR operations and talent sourcing), along with business growth strategies. Additionally, I have served as Assistant Manager at "TEN", another e-commerce venture on Facebook. My professional background is complemented by a challenging 3-month internship within the Human Resources Development division at Union Bank Limited. This role deepened my comprehension of HR methodologies and offered insightful exposure to the banking sector. Prior to these events, my role as an executive officer in the Administration Department at WorldTrac provided me with extensive corporate experience. Unfortunately, the company ceased operations due to the pandemic and other factors.I am passionate about exploring new concepts and embracing creativity. This is why I always strive to engage with various courses, which I find helpful in acquiring new knowledge. Currently, I am enrolled in a digital marketing bootcamp at Learning Bangladesh, where I have the opportunity to learn a variety of courses.
