• Administrative Support:
• Organize meetings, events, files and plan for office activities and trainings annually using MS Office
• Create smart presentations that deliver the message to audience effectively
• Follow up on deadlines, commitments made and actions taken
• Research and retrieve statistical data from internal/external sources, prepare statistical charts and reports
• Initiate the creation of an easily readable and accessible templates that ensure the most optimal and objective methodology for data analysis for easy decisions making

• Safety and Security (Planning and Operations):
• Draft risk analysis and threat assessment for the country
• Conduct field survey for offices and hotels in Kuwait to ensure safe staying for VIP visitors and safe conducting of conference or events at the hotels.
• Draft and update the UN Country Security Plan which provides staff with means to respond to security scenarios that put staff at risk and outlines individual and collective responsibilities
• Update the Significant Security Incident Reporting System (SSIRS) with security incidents
• Collect news pertaining to security from different open sources, and preparing statistical graphs for a comparative empirical analysis of the security situation on a monthly basis.
