Responsibilities:●Preparing the monthly production plan according to the sales demands, production utilities and the available capacity. ●Following up with production to ensure no deviation from the communicated delivery dates.●Monitoring the on-time delivery and updating customer for any deviation in delivery dates.●Coordinating with material planning and purchasing regarding material availability.●Leading the weekly operation meeting with the Project management team and production.●Identifying capacity constraints and recommending both short- and long-term solution and mitigation plan to remove bottlenecks.●Identifying key root causes for deviation from the production plan and implement initiatives to improve plan adherence.●Planning analyzing report and leading the KPI to match the target.●Leading the SOP to have 6-month horizon forecast.● Optimizing the safety stock, re-order level, optimum batch size, minimum order quantity based on expectations and forecasting.●Collaborate with key stakeholders internally to navigate Customer challenges and provide solutions as required to maximize on shelf availability.●Manage and influence customers to drive business performanceUtilize operational reviews, supply chain trends and sales achievements to proactively gain insights, identify issues and propose improvements solutions.
