Talent Development | PlatformActing as both a player and coach, this role balances efforts between leading product development for our Talent Development offering and managing the Platform team. Strategized and initiated a modernization plan for transitioning the application from .NET Framework 4.6.1 to .NET 4.8, laying the foundation for future .NET upgrades.
