Spearheaded large-scale infrastructure upgrades, including optimizing Elasticsearch architecture to improve scalability and performance. Strategized and initiated a modernization plan for transitioning the application from.NET Framework 4.6.1 to.NET 4.8, laying the foundation for future.NET upgrades. Built the company’s first reusable design pattern.

At ClearCompany I work with the product roadmap team to build new features and maintain existing functionality within our platform. We work to understand the needs of our clients to ensure the feature set and user experience aligns with their requirements. I also re-design and build new product features utilizing both front end and backend technologies.

Collaborated with the Client Relationship Management team to bridge the gap between client needs and technical solutions for career site and reporting offerings. Established efficient workflows to streamline service requests and served as the primary technical liaison between relationship managers and the engineering team. Partnered with Client Service.

Identified, researched and produced technical solutions to enable FedEx IT teams to focus less on marketing and application ascetics.Conceived and built high fidelity prototypes, from initial inception and definition of requirements, to development and testing.
