In the summer of 2022, I attended culinary school and then worked in a high-end kitchen, where I gained exposure to the quick-paced world of culinary arts. Through this experience, I improved my multitasking and teamwork skills and developed a strong work ethic and respect for collaborating under pressure.Committed to addressing pressing social issues, I focused on contributing to creating the MAST: Human Intelligence anti-human trafficking app. Through this invaluable project, I combined my social entrepreneurial skills with my creative thinking to produce a practical answer to a pressing worldwide issue. I worked closely with a committed team based in Thailand to design and test the software, demonstrating my dedication to using technology for social good.My journey continues at Edge Case Capital, a venture capital firm. Immersed in the vibrant startup scene, I learned much about market analysis, investment strategy, and due diligence methods. My comprehension of business operations has increased thanks to this experience, which has also improved my capacity to spot cutting-edge projects that would positively impact today's ever-advancing society.Looking to the future, I am eager to apply my diverse experiences, unwavering determination, and passion for creating positive change to new challenges and opportunities at The Ohio State University.
