My name is Shayna Soderstrom and I am a college graduate with a degree in Business Administration, specializing in management, organizational skills and business fundamentals. I have worked in various industries, including construction, finance, hospitality, health care, and service. I have gained over 8 years of customer service skills, 2 years of management with a start-up business, and 1 1/2 years of project management and schedule coordinating for a successful custom home builder. With the constant change throughout business communities, I bring hard-work, trust, and prepared instruction to the people I work for and the people I work with.
