Working with grant recipients and local repositories to successfully curate and create online exhibits. Duties include: creating panorama tours and online exhibits in ESIE and NY Heritage with metadata requirements, tying exhibits and tours to educational materials for dissemination via circulating kits, printing banners and marketing materials for physical exhibits, holding studio hours for hands-on assistance and instruction for grant recipients, and providing remote services as needed either onsite at grant participants locations or via Zoom.

Responsible for daily collections care, storage, and transport procedures, using archival methods to handle and store artifacts, maintaining card catalog and collection spreadsheets, collating cleaning notes and negatives, reviewing and maintaining PastPerfect entries, digitizing collection, processing digital images, inventory of supplies, etc.

Assisted with the concept, research, design, preparation, and installation of the Vibrant Patterns and Prints: Cotton Endures in the 1960s & 1970s exhibit, including selection of individual textiles, garments, and ensembles, conservation and preparatory work on collection items and dress forms, preparing and developing display spaces and designs, and writing didactic labels and informational materials. Responsible for daily collections care and storage procedures, monitoring collection conditions, using archival methods to handle and store artifacts, cataloging accessions with PastPerfect, assisting with further exhibitions, and maintenance and care of collections and records. Worked jointly with staff at E. H. Butler Library and photographer Bruce Fox on digitization efforts through Digital Commons, 3D photography, and website management.

Assisted with assessment and organization of physical and digital archival materials, rehousing textual materials for long-term preservation, creating DACS standard finding aids, and cataloging and data entry for library and archival collections. Assessed, organized, and reshelved all books in the Burchfield Penney Art Center library, incorporating an additional ten bankers boxes to date. Additionally, researched local artists for data entry and editing on biographical pages on the Burchfield Penney Art Center's website, compiling acquired information into a database with over 975 current entries. Utilized Matterport to create 3D virtual tours of recent and current exhibitions with information and links attached to specific objects, displays, and spaces.

Assisted Linda Hee (founder and owner of Handwoven) in conservation jobs ranging in size, material, and location ranging from public institutions to private collections. Examples of work include a quilt owned by Princess Bernice Pauahi Pākī Bishop (now owned by the Bishop Museum), to "Ka Wailele o Honua" a wall hanging made by Conrad Okamoto of sennit, rafia, feathers, and batik on a wood and wire armature, to an outdoor bronze statue of King David Kalākaua for the Mayor's Office of Culture and the Arts (MOCA).

Worked on digitizing Dr. Yosihiko Sinoto's Kuli‘ou‘ou Shelter collection as supported by the Office of Hawaiian Affairs (OHA). Scanned this collection of over two thousand fishhooks at 600dpi and 2,400dpi, editing scans for highest quality, organizing scans per Hawaiian Archaeology Survey (HAS) ID numbers, and ensuring scans were secured on network. Additionally trained other interns on the process and created a visual instruction manual of the scanning process to expedite future training. Assisted in midden sorting, rehousing artifacts, and working with archival glass negatives. Spent time working with the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa's anthropology collection, sorting and relabeling human remains, pottery sherds, shells, rocks, etc. under the supervision of Anthropology Labs Manager, Mark Oxley.

Assisted the editor (Dr. Chennat Gopalakrishnan) in all phases of activity involving the launching of a new international academic journal. Including taking dictation and typing emails and letters accurately, keeping track of the flow of manuscripts on a regular basis, maintaining an inventory of all incoming manuscripts, assisting with the coordination of manuscript reviews, handling routine correspondence and telephone calls, and helping with publicizing the journal. Various other responsibilities as assigned by the editor.Also calculated and made graphs and tables for, formatted, edited, and revised Dr. Gopalakrishnan's most recent paper, "Water and disasters: a review and analysis of policy aspects" which was published Febuary 4th, 2013 by Taylor & Francis in the International Journal of Water Resources Development.
