Project Management: Develop and execute advertisements for increased brand awareness, manage multiple vendors to ensure timely completion of projects, report on ROI of marketing efforts, gain necessary approvals from all levels of the organization in order to execute marketing initiatives.Marketing Automation: Work with Salesforce implementation team to roll-out new marketing automation platform, strategize and plan drip and nurture campaigns to ensure a seamless customer journey experience, develop email and landing page templates to adhere to the Sutter Health brand, write and edit HTML and CSS code as needed, strategize the prospect and lead process and determine how that process affects both Pardot and Salesforce.Event Management: Plan and execute a number of tradeshow marketing events throughout the year, develop email campaigns for initial outreach to prospective leads before and after events, track and order new marketing materials and giveaways as needed, report success of tradeshows, monitor speaking engagement opportunities, write and submit speaker abstracts as necessary, develop strategic plan and manage large 200+ person tour of patient service center.
