I delivered strategic plans, led corporate programs and projects, facilitated meetings, and developed best practices, communication plans, and standardized processes for various business partners. I also led process improvement initiatives that deliver efficiencies and improve customer-centric philosophies.► Key Outcomes: - Developed and established 5-, 10- and 20-year strategic vision and master plans for the commercial real estate and business park, the business and workplace services Division, and the enterprise data center. This included strategic SWOT analyses, peer and industry benchmarking, customer insights research, and workshop design and facilitation. To accompany the strategies, I developed dashboards with KPIs, prioritized roadmap projects to reduce risk, proactively manage capacity, maximize infrastructure reliability, and optimize resource efficiencies.-Co-led the development of the company's first Corporate Responsibility strategy through a leader-led steering council, providing peer benchmarking, facilitating aspirational BHAG sessions, and leading action-oriented working teams - Facilitated c-suite decision makers throughout the business case assessment and validation, design and vision, and on-time, within-budget construction of enterprise placemaking spaces at the enterprise national HQ. This included the legacy commercial building in downtown Madison called the Spark; Facilitated design workshops (charrettes) and developed trusted relationships with the anchor tenant, StartingBlock Madison; and the transformation and activation of the enterprise HQ cafeteria (kitchen, servery and dining), and central recreation and leisure spaces indoor and outdoor. -Coordinated resources and internal planning process for launch of business initiatives, including the development of a new insurance product and its launch to market, an efficiency project that saves $10+m annually, and workforce planning strategy with the delivery of upskilling workshops

► What I did: I analyzed legislative initiatives, operational requests and executive proposals that have a budget or policy effect. The analysis includes comparative research, program evaluation and historical background detailing fiscal, policy and operational impact. I presented my analysis through in-person executive briefing presentations, written office memorandum and summary documents. These briefings included staff from the State Budget Office, the Secretary of the Department of Administration, and the Governor and his policy advisers. On an on-going basis, I monitored executive agency activities including resource allocation, position management, administrative rules. My specialties included higher education policy and budget, state government operations, State Building Commission and Public Debt budget and policy, and IT strategy.► Successes: - Coordinated the development and implementation of new IT systems, replacing legacy application - Trained staff in across 58 departments on budgeting and government operations systems - Served two biennial budget cycles (2011-13 and 2013-15) briefing the governor and the legislature's Joint Committee on Finance - Launched a "State Job" Training program for veterans and YWCA patrons - Developed a partnership with the University of Wisconsin-Madison to host equity and diversity series.

► What I did: I managed the relationships, communication, and project resources for the demolition and new construction project on the University of Wisconsin-Madison campus. I helped lead an operational analysis team that developed the operations, policies, and brand for the new building. I organized work teams, coordinated the institutional branding initiative, and cultivated the Union’s partnerships across the University and within the non-profit and business communities.► Successes:- Union South opened on time and within the $94.8 million budget- Union South has won awards for its design, its sustainability and its innovation- Operations have expanded its services and subsequently increased its revenues

► What I did: I planned and advanced all stakeholder engagement from developing surveys to facilitating focus groups to presenting at town halls for the Union South building project. I managed the Membership Office staff, marketing campaigns and operations – revamping accounting procedures, reinvigorating the marketing media and redeveloping the strategy. ► Successes: - Hosted over 36,000 stakeholder interactions with the building project - Outperformed sales projections by 118% in one fiscal year - Decreased expenditures by 22% in one fiscal year - Launched a new revenue stream that sold Union gift items with lifetime memberships including mugs, mini terrace chairs, and cards; which increased sales at graduation. - Strategically traded membership lists for targeted sales campaigns - Re-branded membership including refreshing the website, redesigning the print materials, and creating a new slogan"Moments, Memories, Membership" in 2009 - a brand slogan that last 6+ years in the marketplace - Successfully initiated and launched pilot membership program for Wisconsin Union student employees and Union student leaders (which ultimately was adopted by the Board of Trustees as a departmental program)

► What I did: I directed building project communications and managed the involvement of stakeholders throughout the design phase of Union South. I also worked on several special projects including coordinating the Request for Information process for the Memorial Union coffeehouse project (which became Peet’s Coffee & Tea®) and planning the centennial anniversary dinner and reunion for the Wisconsin Union.► Successes:- Planned a benchmarking trip for architects, students and executive leadership- Initiated a database analytics project – the first conducted for the organization

I chaired the governing board of the Wisconsin Union and served on the Leadership Team overseeing both the policies, procedures and operations of the Wisconsin Union. I chaired the student programming board and led the Student Union Initiative which secured student segregated fee funding for the Wisconsin Union building project. I represented the student voice on a variety of campus and community boards.
