I am an Educational Consultant and Behavior Specialist with experience in coaching (instruction and leadership), classroom teaching, Speech Language Pathology services, and clinic management. Further, I am a trained and certified Title IX investigator (ATIXA certification). My career is focused on identifying barriers, removing them, and replacing those barriers with strategies that work for students, staff, and administrators at every level. I coach teachers and administrators who are unfamiliar with approaches and strategies that can be used to improve teaching in the classroom, improve students' behavior, and improve the communication between and among teachers and their administrators. I also offer expert support in litigation for both families and Districts, working with a student-centered approach. I am both direct and subtle in my coaching work; there are times when direct is better, and there are times when a more nuanced approach will work. My work is centered on honesty, ethics, and clarity.
