An experienced senior leader, strategy director, client service director and programme manager with over 20 years in the brand and design industry. My strength is partnering with executives and leaders to help them translate strategy and intent into achievable outcomes. My role is to plan and execute that journey with the business, developing and implementing the roadmap that gets their organisations to where they need to be. I am passionate about how design, in all its facets, can help an organisation and their people progress.A skilled programme and workshop facilitator, I work with Boards and C-suite leaders, front line staff and customers – using design thinking and user-centred design methodologies to quickly gain the necessary insights, then develop potential hypothesis and solutions. These are then validated and adapted through testing, interviews and stakeholder engagement. I pride myself on being action and people focused. Having previously worked as a corporate trainer, a facilitator, a senior leader in the print and design industries, and in multiple sectors including banking and insurance, I have a broad background to draw on. I am a strong people leader, focusing people's energies on specific challenges and outcomes. For me, success hinges on building a mutual understanding of what needs to be achieved and going after that purposefully and respectfully. I look to deliver results that create value. I deliver change that works. I want to see teams and organisations have clarity – why they exist and how they deliver value – both to their people and their customers.
