- Led a team of electrical engineers and oversaw the electrical design completion of the 580 MW Sandow Steam Generation Station Unit 5, a circulating fluidized-bed lignite coal-fired facility located in Rockdale, TX, including engineering design, construction, commissioning and warranty support- Managed the electrical design of the Karsto Carbon Capture and Compression FEED project, completing all electrical design deliverables, including managing resources across multiple international offices

- Created a process to efficiently manage and optimize the design and supply of over 10,000 tons of structural steel from multiple fabricators and detailers for the Sandow Steam Generation Station Unit 5, which was critical to the project’s success due to limited global steel supply and the critical path nature of boiler building erection- Spearheaded the implementation of the new structural steel process, which contributed significantly to the overall on-schedule and on-budget delivery of the Sandow project

- Executed the electrical system and controls design from project inception through detailed design completion for the 400 MW pulverized coal subcritical unit in Springerville, AZ

- Integrated with the on-site construction and commission teams to provide day-to-day electrical support on the completion and start-up of the 440 MW circulating fluidized-bed lignite coal-fired facility in Ackerman, MS
