As the Learning and Development Coordinator at O.C. Tanner, I’m deeply involved in shaping how our team members are trained and developed within the Client Success department at O.C. Tanner. I create and fine-tune training content for various roles, ensuring that it’s informative but also engaging and effective.One of my key projects is to overhaul and modernize the new hire training for our Recipient Experience team. This team plays a crucial role in helping our clients’ recipients use our platform effectively and feel more fulfilled at work. My goal is ambitious: to reduce the time it takes for new hires to become fully job-ready by 200%. This means I’m constantly evaluating and improving our training processes, integrating the latest learning techniques, and working closely with team leaders to address their needs and challenges.Every day, I collaborate with various stakeholders, from department heads to subject matter experts, to ensure our training programs are meeting their needs and making a real difference. I also keep a close eye on feedback and performance metrics to continuously refine our approach and achieve better outcomes.In this role, I’m not just implementing training; I’m driving transformation and innovation to help our teams perform at their best and deliver exceptional service.
