I have a strong passion for helping and supporting others, which led me to pursue a career in Healthcare. Throughout my career, I have primarily focused on Respiratory Care and worked towards building a sustainable program in our rural community. When I started in this field, I noticed a significant disparity between the growing need for respiratory therapists and the available opportunities to fulfill those roles. To address this issue, we developed a comprehensive Respiratory Care program, established a feeder program, and achieved record revenue at multiple service locations. While compensation is essential for any employee, I find the greatest reward in helping others. With this in mind, I am currently broadening my skill set by pursuing a career in Payroll within the Human Resources Department
