• Develop and implement a trade marketing and distribution plan for high quality urban outlets within the area• Ensure that objectives in terms of availability, visibility, volume, quality and RSP of products are achieved for the area• Coordinate implementation of brand and trade programs in the area• Provide guidelines to the TM&D Representatives regarding retail planograms, POSM and Cycle based activities• Manage, coach, train, inform and motivate the TM&D Representatives in order to deliver trade marketing and distribution activities • Manage budget for trade and brand programs for the area• Manage the productivity & cost optimization of the area • Generate / gather ideas from customers and consumers in order to enhance and customize trade programs.
