Handling 550 TPD ASU System.Responsibilities•Participate in pre-commissioning, commissioning, and start-up of Air Separation Unit(ASU).•Ensure compliance with all aspects of health, safety and environmentallegislation within sphere of responsibility.•Monitoring process parameters and control within defined limits and taking the necessary corrective action in case of emergencies or equipment breakdown to ensure the uninterrupted operation.•Co-ordinate with other discipline required in carrying out Pre-Start-Up Safety Reviews (PSSR)•Review Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs) & PFD , from preliminary drawings to issue for construction & Operation.•Provide data analysis, process control strategies, control limitations, and update cause-to-effect mapping for interlock.•Monitor Execution Pre-Commissioning & Commissioning Activities such As, Water Flushing, Air Purging Steam Blowing,Solo Run Mechanical Running Test,Pneumatic &Hydro Test.•Communicate With SupervisorsImmediately In case Of Any Parameters Abnormalities Noticed Or ProcessDeviation Noticed That Accurate Condition Of Field Equipment Is Maintained & ReportOperational Issues To Management.•Careful punch listing of the ASU Block with an approximate capacity of 16000 SCFM in readiness for pre-commissioning operations by ensuring zero deviation from design; in order to achieve safe, stable and sustainable operations of the Air separation Block.•Full Compliance of HSE/Safety Standards HAZOPS, Job Safety Analysis JSAS, Lockout & Tag out LOTO, Permit to work Procedure PTW, ESD System.•Assisted in develop.of SOP,Alarmlist•Participated & witnesses in Cold & Hot loop testing carried out by instrumentation team.•Work with PLC/DCS, SCADA and HMI programming, configurations, and systems.•Work with Project Managers and Technical Leads to understand and execute projects.•Witnessed and inspected solo run tests (SRT) and machine run tests (MRT) of motors for pumps, compressors,Driers.

Responsibilities:-Assist to sustainable running of the IA sytem,CDU 2 & ARU Plant -Controlling the Overall Process throughDCS Operations & Field.-Strictly adhere to SOP, Permit Systems and Safety Procedures.-Periodically check production parameteradjust to get maximum output, and check production flow rate, pressure and temperature and levels. -Data collecting, analysis and report from query on a 8 hours' shift basis.-Participation in shutdown of CDU where to assist Maintenance activity, Decontamination process and troubleshooting.-Troubleshooting of operation andequipment malfunctions based on piping & instrumentation diagram (P&ID) and trends.-Reporting to the Shift manager for dailyplant operation and production.-Energy and Material balances, PFD, andP&IDs understanding for process plantoptimization.-Commissioning, decommissioning, changeover and/or bypassing of static and rotating equipment; pressurization and depressurization.-Interpretation of various Control loops and Interlocks for troubleshooting and assessments of various process problems at the plant.- Responsible of monitoring and adjust of process variables to ensure the quality/ of final products.-Establishing an effective communication with the staff to validate the operational conditions in the field matches with the conditions viewed in the console.-Startup and Emergency Shutdowns, according to operational procedures. -Monitor all field equipment's and ensured their proper functioning. -Manages the field activities in area and enforces others to comply with proper use of PPE.-Corporation with automation & instrumentation, electrical and mechanicalengineers
