The main responsibility of my current job among others is to analyse and troubleshoot any problems related to the manufacturing process to ensure that that the final products meet all the specified requirements satisfactorily. I am currently having 20 staffs working under my direct supervisions and this have helped a lot in enhancing my leadership, communication as well as other managerial skills. In addition, my job also requires me to deal with external parties such as the suppliers or contractors.

I gained valuable experiences as an Auditor in Governance, Assurance & Compliance Department at Sime Darby Plantation Berhad in its KL Head Office. The tasks have substantially helped in developing my analytical skills as it involved a lot of data analysis and report writing.
