• Administer and maintain 2000 Windows server ranging from windows 2k – 2012 R2• Support and Design Hyper-V 2012 and VMware host and guest implementations• Primary support for all international office running anywhere between 5 and 50 servers.• P2V Servers to Hyper-V and VMware.• Deploy patches using SCCM to all servers through an automated deployment process in 32 separate windows allowing for minimal user intervention.• Build Monitoring system for up/down and application alerting within SCOM2007 and 2012.• Meet with Application owners to develop designs that hardware needs along with building out project plans to create project plans and milestones. • Participate in the planning and implementation of large-scale enterprise management and/or monitoring implementations as well as complex system deployments and migration planning projects using System Center Products with a strong emphasis on System Center Configuration Manger (SCCM) and System Center Operations Manager (SCOM) implementations. • Follow life-cycle oriented processes and procedures. • Implement test plans, migration plans, and delivery plans. • Network and application troubleshooting • Provide technical expertise on large-scale infrastructure projects for enterprise-class clients. • Assess and recommend architectural designs/changes to customer systems in response to business or technical drivers • Contribute to product development and written proposals • Work in a team environment.• Repackage software for enterprise deployment

*Coordinate the configuration and installation of all personal computers, terminals, and thin clients within the business unit locations. *Maintain, analyze, and troubleshoot computer systems, hardware, printers, and computer peripherals. Document equipment location and complete software upgrades when necessary. Coordinate hardware repairs with the appropriate warranty vendor. *Responsible for providing second level computer desktop support to all field locations.*Provide support to end users on a variety of computer hardware and software issues. Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems. *Tracks and monitors the problem utilizing Peregrine to ensure a timely resolution.*Participate in the testing and approval of images for desktop and laptop computers that will be deployed to locations.*Demonstrate a thorough understanding of antivirus policy and the process for detecting and removing viruses.
