– Temporary contract for the period of the implementation of the new SAP: the implementation project was finished– Responsible for the preparation of statutory reports by a reporting team (in accordance with Russian Accounting Standards(RAS) & Tax law), checking and consulting in any accounting ​& taxes issues, accurate monthly closing of GL. – Supervision of the preparation of documents needed for external audit purposes, dealing with auditors.

– Producing, wholesale trade– Temporary assignment as a key manager of ”1C8- Enterprise” implementationproject team.– Setting up the accounting system (the software redesign) for the company, providingthe implementation of accounting costs from the goods to be processedand returned without the change of ownership (i.e. raw materials).

– Working in 1С: Software ”Enterprise 8.2”.– Reporting in accordance with RAS, preparation of monthly IFRS reports, tax reports,working with Tax Accounting Standards and VAT.– Update of RAS and Tax accounting policies for changes in legislation.– Tax planning.– Experience of the statutory audit, tax audit.– Establishing reporting policies and procedures necessary to achieve the monthlyclosure quickly and efficiently.– Experience in ERP implementation, dealing with complex tax issues and disputeswith Tax authorities.– Management of RAS accounting group (19 employees).– Working with IT team over the issues of accounting systems.– Provision of accounting and tax advice to other departments as necessary.– Management, supervision and support to 11 branches of the company throughoutthe Russian Federation.– Quality control over the RAS and RF tax books closure for all branches of thecompany.

– Export operations.– Trade operations with Belarus and CIS countries.– Reporting of 0% VAT rate, preparation of supporting documents for the tax declaration.– Maintenance of purchase and sale books.– Working experience in Axapta and 1C: 7.7 (transfer accounting data from 1C7to Axapta).– Calculation of Payroll and Personnel Books (about 500 people), 3 legal entities,social security reporting, Pension Fund reporting, Social Insurance Fundreporting, bank operations.– T&E reports, accounting of fuels and lubricants, manufacturing (customer-ownedraw materials).
